Germans a rule based and were really precise which came in handy like 50 years ago. The modern German is not flexible enough for the modern job market. German companies are also not flexible enough to compete. Germany goes downhill for a reason.

Depends. Given OP built yet another AI tool, yea, I want to hold them liable in case something goes wrong (not that I'd buy these tools in the first place).

So basically you go for the legal stuff only really big companies use (instead of changing once its necessary) because you dont believe in your own product and dont want to be held liable, got it.

It is one of the most complicated forms. A GmbH alone is good enough in 99.99% of cases, and its usually done really quick.

Also, if you believe in your product there usually isn't a reason to go for a GmbH this early. You can send invoices a lot earlier with just a eK or GbR. Its not an issue to adhere with your private money if your product isn't causing damages.

I wont buy expensive hardware to self host a model thats outdated within 2 months. Also, yeah, uptime is important if you dont self host.

I agree with the skill drain argument but also think its a little too dramatic. Most people still can do the shit claude does for them, it just takes them 10x as long.

Given they have laughable uptime and I have yet to find a useful project mostly written by claude... I doubt it.

Neat! I've recently built a Sudoku for my friends in Flutter as we were tired of ads showing up prior to games in most versions you can find on the Playstore. I gotta check out the the other games on this website too.

My statement is related to every competitive game ever. In my experience competitive games are unplayable due to their, well, competitiveness. Videogames are about fun, people dont play for fun, simple as that for me.

I never claimed I was against tyranny. Tyranny thats emitted as rightful punishment from the masses is fine in my opinion. Single people having power emitting tyranny is a whole different topic. Its about outweighed consensus for me.

Everyone dies in capitalism as well though. Everyone dies generally at some point in life.

Reality is, currently most of us are wage slaves and I'd love to work a little less and still be able to afford life. An alternative to capitalism would be socialism and killing corrupt people off.

If we cant grow past money as a species we are pretty much doomed. I'd rather have allegiance or community based incentives over monetary gain, given that most people on earth can't really afford life anymore and rack up debt so rich people can get richer.

In a working society, nobody should be able to throw away life changing money. Being rich is poisonous to society. Most of us suffer due to people hoarding money and humanity needs to overcome the concept of money generally.
