We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (model-driven app) at work, it's rarely mentioned on HN and people don't know how insanely bad this P.O.S. software is.

From the botched implementations of AG Grid to their crippled version of CKEditor (with Copilot forced in of course), the daily bugs are an absolute nightmare.

And then most support tickets (if you can even open one after a forced chat session with Copilot), get handled by a third-party, most likely in India with different timezones than you and the support calls are a crapshoot.

I'm not looking for SUNO generated AI Music, that type of AI slop is cheap and easy. I'm looking amazing voice + instrumentation cloning paired with human creative input.

Why didn't you use Kakao Maps or Naver Maps? They're not shotty and work just fine, even if you don't read Korean, you can quickly guess the UI based on the icons.

Instead of fixing critical bugs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and rolling out actual useful features, Copilot (with limited business context) is being prioritised and poorly shoved into every aspect of the product.

Pretty much all of Microsoft — Admin Center, Entra, Defender, etc, they all load slowly and then show you more "silver shimmers effects".

I deal with Microsoft Teams' embarrassing bugs on a weekly basis. Just yesterday discovered a bug with cropped / chopped off sentences on mobile version. But that's just one piece of M$ software.

I also have to deal with ScarePoint, MS Defender quarantining obviously safe messages, Outlook syncing problems, Windows 11 Account issues, many more...
