I want to buy it, I don't want to build it. It should audit my code with preset parameters when I am offline. It should flag issues and propose changes with tradeoffs in SOC and code(not make them). I want to pay on a token basis.

I beleive the model bias is highly influenced by the modelers. See Grok and OpenAI.
