I think that’s how much money was loaned with $25 dollars being loaned, paid back, loaned, paid back.

Don Alberto is used as retainer wall of one of the multiple rowing clubs in the Tigre area. Used to paddle by it and think it was a wall or something build as a pier

Simple is beautiful.

I hadn’t thought of that use case. Say for example you find 1990’s Clipper code and want to give it a try on a modern Linux. Thanks

Yes. Quick lookup gives Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Norway, Cuba, Sweden has copays with a limit. Need to do your homework, but some have very easy residency requirements. With Europe the best bet is to get jus sanguinis citizenship if you have any ancestor who came in a boat.

No. This was meant as a comment to mention that it does not need to be this way. Maybe voting can help. Also, it's actual possibility. I have moved countries, and I'm not rich. If I had a serious condition I'd move off the USA in a minute. Either Europe or South America. There are no such wait times in some countries. The thing is "pricey" and "medical assistance" don't need to go together. US population thinks so, are used to it. It's crazy. The dollar amounts sent back and forth between insurance and providers are bonkers. Absolutely inflated. Same as medical career cost.

I see no problem with COBOL. I'd rather have my credit card transaction be processed with 40yo well tested COBOL than Java from the newest intern using copilot.

It's much more accurate to assume "everybody has Whatsapp" as the baseline. Many countries with users with plans with no data but unlimited Whatsapp

Marathon kayaking is huge in South Africa, Europe, and other countries. Makes a much better show than sprint but marathoners have to move to sprint to go to the Olympics (SA Andy Birket) Much less popular, shorter, less fun.

Not if everybody plays, in every school recess, every park, rec center, etc. That's how football is in most countries. "Pay to play" is a very US thing.

Between AI and reading “Let My People go Surfing” by Yvon Chouinard I’m starting disliking working for a multi trillion dollar company but I still need to pay the bills

Do things like manufacturing outdoor gear or working as a guide make a decent living income in the US? Do I need to improve my welding? Start a mowing company? Who has moved to real world jobs?

Why does the EAD/AP card exist? Let’s say one is on an L1 visa waiting for the GC. Why does the US even bother to issue the EAD?
