What we’re looking for

2+ years of software development experience. Experience building responsive SPAs with React (or similar frameworks). Solid understanding of JavaScript, React, and Node.js fundamentals. Experience with REST APIs (building or consuming). Curiosity, product sense, and a bias toward shipping

Nice to have

Exposure to GraphQL, Next.js, Nx, or modern frontend tooling

Isn't the solution to this a good code review process? Even the author of the article states "I either wrote up a plan and shared it beforehand, or I just announced what I’d done after it was completed". This is very similar to asking someone review your code.

It's a Laravel setting. When you are already logged in and try to access https://app.monicahq.com/ or https://app.monicahq.com/login etc., redirect to https://app.monicahq.com/dashboard instead of https://app.monicahq.com/. That should fix the endless loops.

Edit: https://stackoverflow.com/a/32130028/82135 might be what you are looking for.
