As if the models have not seen the open source software before. That should be considered in the upcoming ruling. Technically the models are trained on exactly that.

It’s a common practice to avoid penalties like losing your driving license due to traffic violations by declaring that you haven’t been driving the vehicle during the incident and it was somebody else which has to agree to this and let’s say gets a monetary compensation. It works like that here in Germany, it sounds like it works in a similar way in the US.

Penalizing the owner of the vehicle regardless of the driver would be less ideal for society in my opinion.

It was Prof. Birkmayer who bought the stable form of NADH to the market, you can find his products here[0]. As mentioned it’s not a peptide and works quite well especially for older people who can benefit from the increased energy delivery to the cells. The unstable form in a liquid can be injected, but I would be very careful about where it was produced, how it was transported and how it was stored.

The whole peptide hype is very interesting and I can’t wait until well studied cheap over the counter options hit the market.

One can claim 100% recycled cobalt under the mass balance system even if recycled and non-recycled cobalt was mixed as long as the total amount used in production is less or equal to recycled cobalt purchased in the books. At least here[0] they claim their recycled cobalt references are under the mass balance system.
