It's the new EEG 2027 Amendment which changes things fundamentally. Instead of receiving a flat payout per kwh, installing and connecting a new solar installation from 2027 will be under market condition contracts and depending on the contract has maybe to pay a fee when feeding in during negative price times. The incentive now changed from 'we need to get solar and pay for the electricity' to 'store your electricity and use it yourself'. All existing solar installations before 2027 will continue to receive the flat payout when feeding in the power for 20 years.

Good luck with solar in Germany when you will be paying a fee for feeding in energy to the grid during solar peek time from 2027 onwards.

Code volume and understanding can be tackled with a proper system prompt. Even afterwards, apart from costing resources, a cross-model optimization can increase quality of the output. Unix philosophy in the system prompt could be useful if the code wants to be worked on later again.

The relevant part might be “Android offers all app stores an option for a smoother and more automatic install and update experience than before. F-Droid 2.0 includes groundbreaking work on utilizing these new abilities. This allows F-Droid to use a unified installer for all F-Droid installs”. Giving it the proper App Store feeling.

Good point about the older origin from Greek and Hebrew laws. TIL that everyday 1000s weather balloons fall into the ocean. The reverse prediction engine sounds neat and with thousands of balloons send out everyday reverse predicting their starting locations draws a comprehensive map over time.

The XuanTie C950 looks pretty beefy for a RISC-V chip with integrated TPE. But it isn’t available commercially. They are moving fast in China, wouldn’t be surprised if they offer a breaking integrated solution in the near future. There aren’t any benchmarks available for the C950 but the comparisons go towards early Apple M-Series performance.

The US will stop you from using it with sanctions. As a US citizen anywhere in the world intentionally circumventing sanctions grant you up to 20 years prison time.

That’s just the short version not to speak of secondary sanctions and further mechanisms which take place then.

SpaceX acquired Cursor after their IPO likewise did Facebook with Instagram in 2012. Since xAI was merged with SpaceX before it’s not really unrelated.

WhatsApp will have usernames too in the near future and one will be able to reach out to a WhatsApp user solely by username hiding the phone number. One can create a username already reverse it. Sounds very similar to the Telegram username approach but we will see.
