It wouldn't accept it was the Glimmer model and I had to stop when I realized I was arguing with my GPU. Was a surreal moment, lol.

I worry about this myself but find some solace and peace in my backup strategy. I treat the harness as a user and set permissive authorizations where needed. I even let it suggest why and which permissions it would need for specific items and note these down in the wiki as well. The idea is that the LLMs takes into consideration why it has the permissions it has and doesn't try and work around them.

Local Qwen3.8 27B pointed to my local Silverbullet wiki coupled with a harness makes it so smart in my environment. It knows my network and homelab better than me. It can find things in an instant, troubleshoot problems on its own. Magic.

Deus Ex is such a sad story though. I really loved the first one but then was dissapointed by Invisible War. Fast forward a decade and there is Deus Ex Human Revolution which hit all the right notes for me. Fell in love with the series all over again. Mankind Divided was everything I wanted from the sequel until it just stopped. Read all the novels, even played The Fall and love everything about the universe. Shame how it died without a resolution to the Jensen story.

This is how it starts my friend. Before you know it you have a lot of projects 90% done and living in production without ever getting the last 10% before you think of something new! Currently I'm refactoring a lot of homebrew ESPhome devices to use the ESP32-H2 as it supports Thread. This allows me to remove weak IoT SSIDs while expanding my Thread network node count for better mesh.

Wow, I remember specifically buying a sound card and CD-rom drive for my 486 so I could run the GB emulator. It wouldn't boot without a sound card and I really wanted to play the non-translated version of Pokemon Gold. People wouldn't believe me when I told them I had a newer Pokemon game than Red/Blue/Yellow.

Having never touched Perl in my life, Claude has enabled me to create a plugin for this ancient Perl software a lot of people are still using to this day. This felt different from just creating some new code with some LLM. This felt like ancient gods we're whispering their knowledge into me.

What is the added value of the app? Ive been using ChatGPT to track my calories for 6 months now and dropped 20kg because of it. This is mostly me just telling it everything that enters my mouth and adjust the output I deem wrong. This isn't super accurate but apparently enough to get an idea, and thus lose weight.

For the longest time, I was a die-hard MS guy, fully immersed in their ecosystem. From my Surface Pro to the Lumia Windows Phone, I embraced every facet of their landscape. It was like the stars had aligned perfectly, granting me a seamless and efficient workflow across all my devices. But then, as if the planets themselves shifted out of harmony, everything fell apart and now we are here.

We get these slivers of full-integration from time to time. We see it today with the Vision Pro. It's not hard to imagine what could be! But I'm not counting on it anytime soon.

I own a Lamborghini that I received as a gift for my 20th anniversary. It's my second high-performance car. The first one was a Honda Civic that I drove for a while and then parked in the garage, eventually forgetting about it. (It was an amazing vehicle and well-crafted, but the driving experience just didn't align with my preferences.)

The Lamborghini effortlessly (performance-wise, it's quite powerful) does what I want it to do, and I'm perfectly fine taking it on a week-long trip without worrying about refueling. I'm also comfortable driving it in any situation.

In eco mode, it has an impressive fuel efficiency, which is fantastic since 95% of the time, I'm using it for regular commuting.
