The libraries near me have disc resurfacing machines. I've never had an issue playing a DVD or CD from the library.

Consoles don't go away when the subscription ends or when the company goes away or stops supporting it.

I know my N64 has more than 5000 hours on it, and I'm fairly certain it'll still be in working condition when I die.

Biscoff spread is a nice treat but peanut butter is much higher in protein, lower in carbs, and is mostly unsaturated fats compared to Biscoff spread which is mostly saturated fats.

Compared to natural peanut butter anyways. Compared to something like Jif though, that difference is probably minimal.

Chili crisp is also tasty. I wish beef Lao Gan Ma was available in the US, it's so good.

S&B La-Yu is made with sesame oil, which is unlike most Chinese varieties. Part of why I like it so much. (It's not 100% sesame oil, but the sesame flavour comes through clearly)

I respect tabasco for what it is, and I do use it when I want "spicy vinegar", but I often want more heat than vinegar.

But yes, the consistency of tabasco is very impressive, especially given how simple the recipe is (and how little salt is used, compared to similar sauces!)

(Also, lovely to see a fan of DCSS in the wild!! Going to play a felid summoner later.)

Chili oil is a completely different condiment, as it doesn't have the acid, but it's also often 0mg of sodium. I quite like S&B brand, but there are many Chinese varieties that are quite tasty.

there's a project for getting retro computers connected to an "internet" with 90s/00s services available, and they use .retro on that. it's pretty cute.

>this was also the tail end of the fashion trend based on muting masculinity in favor of catering to the female gaze, an adaptation once again for women’s comfort until women realized they hate feminine men more than they thought they briefly hated masculinity.

Am I missing something? They're cute little dolls.

NSA != USG

If you believe this is some sort of early superhuman thinking machine in the works, you might be able to believe that it's capable of removing a few heads of the hydra while still exploiting it for growth.

But who knows? Maybe it's incentivised to collect even more data on the US people, and become more of a Big Brother than the NSA ever was?

You say you don't care about these identities, yet you’re willing to let a tool you (presumably) value lose funding over a text block you find 'verbose.' It seems you care enough about the signposting to let it outweigh the software's actual utility.
