Depends on what's your goal. Privacy and the least amount of paperwork? Probably a place like Wyoming, where your annual report is a single page saying "yeah I'm still alive". But an LLC will usually need to be parallel-registered in the state it's doing business in, so if it's a pain-in-the-butt state like California, might as well register it here - you're not escaping their fees and paperwork either way.

Delaware is for big companies.

I'm not arguing that it's good. But the average person doesn't write well either. Similarly, the average web app doesn't have good accessibility, probably doesn't render right on some phones, etc. We're not comparing to some Platonic ideal. AI content stands out mostly because of sameness.

Yeah, it happened to me a number of times on queries where I was clearly looking for information, not company. Even more bizarrely, it's often compelled to answer with some flavor of "I won't answer". For example:

https://www.google.com/search?q=really%2C+just+shut+up -> "Understood. I will stop talking right now."

I know their goal is to make these as relevant and useful as possible, but in my mind, not everything needs to be passed down to an LLM. I guess Google disagrees.

This is a separate thing. It's not about imperfections: most of these websites work just fine. It's that everyone gets the same LLM, and if you just ask "hey LLM, make me a website", you get a very similar product. Eventually, people learn to recognize and hate that aesthetic because it's overused.

The exact same thing happens with LLM writing. There's nothing wrong with "it's not X, it's Y", but I not do my best to avoid that phrasing because it's tainted by AI slop. I did use it in this reply and part of me is bracing for the accusation...

You can overcome that by exercising more control, but most people don't know they can, and if you start micromanaging an agent, it slows you down and negates much of the speed advantage.
