The discourse in mathematics is so much more nuanced than the rather AI good/bad or despair discussion in software. This topic has been bouncing around in my brain for a while (and I have a lot more on the topic coming).

I omitted a lot (slop, policy, etc) mostly because I had a lens and I wanted to explore via that lens.

Part of me likes the cliche Claude voice. Not because it's good, but because I can immediately recognize it. When I see it in the Claude app/code then it's fine. In the wild it's a sign to me that I shouldn't keep reading.

Tao's Rule of Thumb (which applies very well to software):

A proof that no human can properly explain should be viewed as incomplete, even if it has been formally verified.
