It improves the usual workflow: take a screenshot, switch to a chat tab, upload it, switch back. - Built with Rust and Tauri v2, including a built-in native screenshot solution for maximum performance and stability. - Answers come from OpenAI models. Fast, the default, usually starts answering within 1–2 seconds; Best is slightly slower, but provides a much higher quality response. - Free is 3 captures a day, up to 10 a week, on Fast, and needs an email sign-in, since usage is metered per account. Plus is $10/month: 2,500 credits a month, the Best model (25 credits per answer, follow-ups included; Fast is 1), and up to 10 follow-ups per capture instead of 2. - Windows 10/11, and Linux on Wayland (GNOME 45+ or KDE Plasma 6). No macOS yet, and no X11.

What I'd most like to know: 1. Is this workflow actually quicker than what you do now? 2. Squint Plus is currently $10/month or $99/year: a) At what monthly price would Plus feel like a good deal? b) At what price would it start to feel expensive, though you'd still consider it? c) At what price would it be too expensive to consider at all? 3. Did anything break during install, sign-in, or a capture?

View the famous "donut" from 2006 with a single command. Type `curl donut.rustychads.com` into your terminal to receive some donuts. The donut is identical to the original. I refactored the original "donut" code into Rust then wrote an HTTP server to automatically distribute each frame to every client.

I'm generally interested in a more systematic approach. I'd like to work with others on a project entailing really anything. As of right now, my interests are more abstract because I haven't been programming for too long or haven't spent a majority of my time focusing on a single concept. I would like an internship for the chance of collaberation and communication with those of experience and higher caliber :)
