I hope this means lower rent for New Yorkers, 15,000 apartments possibly going back to the rental market seems like something positive.

I had to use Microsoft Edge today and it reminded me how cool it was in the 90s to have a little throbber showing you when a page was loading. I brought it back as an extension, for Edge and Chrome. It only rotates if a page is loading!

Not necessarily animals but I remember seeing way more insects when I was younger -- living in Normandy, but it might be because I used to spend more time outdoor than I do today.
