Surely, the question is: how big do the radiators have to be?
gemini says that the NVIDIA DGX H100 is 130kg and takes 11kW.
It says space-based radiators in the 100kW range are approx 15kg per kW. And space-based solar panels are approx 1kg per kW.
So let's says we're talking about 1 system that bundles 9 DGX H100's. That's 1.2T for the computing system, 1.5T for the radiator, 100kg for the solar panels, and let's say 2T for the propulsion, propellant, guidance, and all the other spacecraft stuff. That's a total of about 5T, and the radiator is just about 20% of the mass budget.
The power radiated is proportional to the 4th power of the temperature, so they would be incentivized to develop a heat exchanger with a high temperature working fluid.

It’s not open pit burning, with waste gases going into the environment. It’s high temperature, with additional gas and oxygen to promote more complete burning. And waste gases are filtered.

I see they are going for the high-end market. Seems the right path to me, for now, since they can charge high prices for foie gras without the guilt.
We eat beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, because they taste good, and are cheap to make because we can domesticate the animals.
What if exotic meats taste better, but we can't eat them because the animals are endangered, or dangerous, or undomesticable. Maybe lion, rhino, elephant, koala, meats etc taste really good. Growing these meats in the lab eliminates* these ethical problems.
Or what if they taste good, but they are too tough? Again, cultured meat process can interleave layers of fats to break up the muscle. Another win.
Just look at the nuance between the difference in taste between lamb and beef. There's so much difference, and I see so much potential here to explore different flavors.
* or maybe just exacerbates poaching, if it's cheaper to poach than grown in lab :/

The smaller nuclear reactors used on submarines and aircraft carriers would be of the appropriate size, but they generate electricity using steam turbines. I don't think that would be workable in space. You'd need massive radiators to radiate away a lot of that heat to recondense the steam.
If you're generating that much heat, then you're probably better off using the nuclear reactor to directly heat the propellant.
Joe Scott has a new video up about Nuclear propulsion:

If a single mission to mars cost $100b, then I would agree with the article that it would probably not be worth it.
SpaceX is focused on reducing the cost, and no matter what you think of Elon, you have to agree that spacex focus on reusability in the falcon 9 has reduced their cost of access to space
The problem is that reducing spacex’s cost doesn’t reduce the customer’s cost… until there are competitors that can push the price down.
The focus on starship ultimately will reduce costs an order of magnitude again, and will permit vast payloads to mars.
Why does this matter? Because much of the cost of engineering of space missions is in custom making things to be light, power efficient and reliable.
If you can take more mass into space for less cost, you can add more solar panels into your design, make things more rugged, use off-the-shelf materials and you can double or triple the quantity for redundancy. Not only the launch costs go down, but all the associated engineering.
