I only have an cpu with hardware acceleration that is used for transcoding and even that can handle a couple of streams transcoding simultaneously. The biggest thing is getting people to use clients that support direct play.

Storage is expensive at framework. I bought the storage for my 16 elsewhere and it was substantially cheaper.

I had a script that would rotate my profile picture in Slack by one degree everyday. It take a surprisingly long time for people to notice.

The is also Mollie [0] if you're in Europe. It's more comparable to Stripe than Adyen if you're just accepting payments in my experience.
