i would contact the local entity that is responsible for cybersecurity, like the bsi in germany or as an second option an ngo that cares about security. The later can also publish it themself or helping to publish it without legal problems

From the looks of it it only tries to replace puppet. ansible has the strength that it doesn't need to run on the remote server or uses apis that have nothing to do with the remote host itself or has no access to. My aap sits in an completly different network and has access to an vault cluster that the remote hosts have not.

I use and participate in openstreetmap. When i see an blocked road, like an construction, i can update the map within minutes. For navigation i use osmand, but i use a few tools that access openstreetmap in the background.

I can think of two ways two ways of preventing this catastrophe or at least saving lives:

1. getting the world on reducing carbon dioxide at least from the 70s on worldwide. This also could have saved some lives in the middle east.

2. Use the list as an start for monitoring the glaciers and alerting the people for evacuation with an regular test of all alarming systems, but this also would have taken years to implement.

With some numbers you can, because the binary representation works, but others like 0.3 have an reputation to be differemt what someone might expect.

If you need precise results, do not use floats or define how precise your numbers need to be and round them to that precision before storing or displaying them
