Great write up. What makes this interesting...I thought it was cool what they were doing...but also seemed too good to be true. I went ahead a booked a demo call with them. Great personas. Very friendly. Can't say they had all the answers, but they did bring a CISO on the last meeting, which seemed a bit scripted. They also never disclosed any breaches, even after I asked them. Yikes. Good luck to the orgs that went through all that process.

Nice theme lol. Brilliant idea. love it.
One question. How much is your bill?
I can spot all the AI voices (standard out of the box), yours sounds very good (Assuming that is yours).
What is the experience like from the end users...when they call in? Do you have any tracking on this?

Yes, you can. I was just testing it. I made a "My Custom Voices" tab, and recorded a small sample of my own voice or upload a sample of w/e voice. Then you can use it. I am in the process of training a model of my voice too to see how it handles it using the 1.7b
Works surprisingly good with a 4090. I will also try it on 5090. This is the best one I have seen so far. NGL. 11Labs is cooked lol.
