<p>This is precisely what Trump's executive order targets. Section 230 of the CDA gave websites and social media networks a little wiggle room in the platform vs publisher stance. They could moderate as they see fit without being liable for the content on their sites. Now that's being weakening, or more precisely becoming more well defined by the FCC. There will be strict requirements to be considered a platform, one example of which is needing to have a well defined terms of service and strictly follow that all across the board.</p>

<p>If a Silicon Valley controlled currency becomes the preferred method of payment, then the companies controlling it get unchecked power over the economy.<p>Banned from Facebook? You need to find other ways to reach your audience and make money. Banned from Libra? Now you need to find another way to spend your money in a market that preferes Libra.<p>That's one possible bad ending, but maybe I'm a bit paranoid. Still, you'll also have to consider the dozens privacy issues that will pop up in the meantime, especially given Facebook doesn't currently have the best track record.</p>

<p>As soon as they can use a mouse and keyboard or controller. Seriously though, there's no mature themes in it at all, and if the gameplay is too difficult there's always creative mode which is literally digital legos.<p>There's also a multiplayer where they can connect to servers and play with other people. That's where you might want to use some discretion, as the experience will vary from server to server.</p>
