we've faced this same problem but thinking about it a little deeper reminded me that this issue is no different to pre-llm world. someone creates a spec, someone or a team build/implement the spec and after actioning any feedback from testing or from customers, the product evolves and is no longer aligned with the initial spec.

i think one way to solve this is having an someone or an agent update the initial spec with any new changes as and when they are made.

Product is very rarely the moat. It also depends on what you're building. A software startup can not win solely by just having a great product (of course there are exceptions). Finding a niche community, being able to distribute your product to them, how you price it, frequency of updates etc... all things that were just as important in building a moat pre agentic coding

I have been a longtime user of Superhuman but since they increased the price and now have been acquired by Grammarly (see discussion: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44433994) I want to find an alternative.

It doesn't need to have all the "AI" that Superhuman has but keyboard shortcuts and hotkeys are a must. Must also have a mobile app

I've tried Spark, Shortwave, Apple Mail, Gmail, Thunderbird and none of them really compare.

Thanks - will give this a try - looks great and love the name. Not having a browser extension is a dealbreaker as I mostly browse on web vs phone.

Like many here, I have a habit of tab hoarding. I also have what feels like a gazzilion interests. I often save things in tabs. It might be an image of a mobile app i like and might want to reference. It might be an article on some economic policy that i want to read about. it might be random businesses i've come across and want to revisit later.

It can mostly be categorised as

- work (written text, video, audio etc) - personal interests (health, hobbies, things i want to learn) - random/misc - history, random things i may just reference once

I previously just used to save everything to pocket or a bookmark and in a folder. I then moved to instapaper and then matter. I'm now trying

my screenshots are still saved in a screenshot folder.

I am curious to know if anyone has found an effective method of saving for later. Aware that this is very personal and depends on the individual but any ideas on this would be welcome!

amazon fba works well as a side hustle. There was a lot of upfront work but then became mostly automated/ passive. I ran one for a couple years whilst working as a PM and eventually sold it.

I've started to clear up my digital clutter and realised I have too many email addresses. Personal, a very old email address(junk), work, side project addresses etc. All are gmail and I use Inbox, but I'm curious to know how others manage this.

This made me think about the time I saw a deliveroo rider being carried away in a stretcher after an accident. It upset me to think that I'm pretty sure theres a customer waiting for their food and most likely cursing the rider/ sending angry emails
