> All Castro did was overthrow Batisa, another US ally, and nationalize Cuban assets.
That's not all. Castro also executed thousands creating a terror regime, nationalized American assets, funded and aided guerrillas in Latin America and Africa, aligned himself with the Soviet Union and caused the Missiles Crisis. He replaced a brutal dictatorship with another brutal dictatorship, a communist one, and ran the Cuban economy into the ground.

>If you're eating fat with the protein (and no carbohydrates), you aren't going to avoid ketosis
Actually, you would have to restrict your protein intake to small amounts to be in ketosis. It is very easy to get out of ketosis by eating a bit too much protein because it gets metabolized into glucose.

I acquired my citizenship through the Automatic Acquisition of Citizenship after Birth (INA 320), less than 18yo, living in the US with my American father. That was about 8 years ago. At that time I only requested and obtained my passport and that's the only proof I have of citizenship. Do I need to also obtain a certificate of citizenship? If so, would my American passport suffice to prove my citizenship when requesting the certificate of citizenship?

The WHO already restarted studies involving hydroxychloroquine.
>> Who is liable for their denial of treatment?
Doctors base their treatments on the best information they have at hand. In many cases, that information turns out to be faulty.
This retraction does not mean the HCQ works against COVID-19, only that this particular study is no proof that it does not work.

The Castros are the main responsible for the dire economic situation of Cuba. Regardless of all the international relationship mistakes he made, Fidel Castro stands as one of the most economic incompetent of all communist dictators, with the notable exception of the ones in North Korea. Despite the embargo which affects mainly the commerce with the US, Cuba has always had commercial relations with many countries that were largely unaffected by the embargo. He basically had the whole country under his control. Think about a CEO of a very diversified industrial and agricultural conglomerate. He managed to screw it all and there was no other reason than his incompetence.

You are just a victim of propaganda. Cuba had decent education and decent healthcare system by third world standards but the Cuban economy wasn't able to support either of them and everything came tumbling down when the soviet money stopped flowing in.
It would be also very interesting to know from where you get that figure that more than 50% of the population support the Castros as that data is famously unavailable.

First of all, Fidel Castro had the support of most of the Cuban population. Everybody opposed the old brutal dictatorship. Second, Batista regime did not have the support of the US. Quite the opposite, there was an arms embargo against it.
