I'm sorry, what? Who was complaining about generated slop ANSI art back in that time? Did I manage to live and participate through a period of time and miss some massive controversy? Educate me, please. I understand you being upset by comments re: your site's AI slop and you do you with respect to that but haxorjim, please, cite your sources here.

Pulumi Cloud (the SaaS offering) is (mostly) not free. There is a free tier for individuals/companies with minimal needs.

You may happily use Pulumi and manage your own state files, for free, and open source.

I'm unsure whether I'll ever forgive Google/Verizon for only offering 2 years of support for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. After all the promises of "this is our flagship phone and we'll absolutely support it!" and then... only 2 years?

I've my issues with Apple like anyone else, but at least my phone is supported for a reasonable amount of time - 5 years or so?

After using Dapper and Massive, I have settled on PetaPoco. I've used it in multiple deployed data access layers now and have no major complaints.

FWIW, I've flown with an Arduino kit (wires, etc.) in the US and encountered no issues.

Agreed. Malcolm is an author and entertainer. It would be a perilous decision to place his works on the same level as a peer-reviewed scientific journal.

I wish we could expect readers (particularly journalists) to ingest everything with an open and critical mind.
