On the “suffix” side there was EDB -> rebranded EDB -> EDBErgoGroup -> Evry in several years. Also changed hands following a loss of major customer in 2015 before being merged with Tieto

AFAIK there is quite widespread consensus that WW1 and WW2 are the same conflict with a break. To be fair, they took ~100 years of nation-building and conflicts brewing after Napoleonic wars to get to that point.

I think public discourse on social media is close to being ruined by bots. Petitions which require id to authenticate might be a better measure, although has it's flaws for sure.

Careful with Dells, their USB-C support for Macs have been historically horrible. I have one, there are sleep/wake issues, as well as USB accessories connectivity problems. Their website is full of complaints, but they don't seem to care.
