I think we're beyond this already for most Claude/ChatGPT users they just assume that everything is written by AI because that's what they'd do. Credibility has been lost, but certainly there are many cases where human thinking will improve the final artifact, I think it's enough to focus on improving quality vs some moral high ground.

The use case at the moment is around media that includes audio of the user. Usertesting.com sessions work well, but because you don't get any audible feedback from Inspectlet we can't really do much analysis on those sessions as our tech is focused on transcriptions and analyzing user testing transcriptions.

It's hard to read stories like this. It's so clear that the diversity issues in the tech industry are in part a signal of a much larger issue in our nation. Under represented minorities have such a tough time getting a decent education let alone one in computer science.
That said, I'm hopeful that the industry that I'm a part of can play a large role in fixing this.

Privacy is a factor, it's just not the factor that drives most decisions around consumer software (at least mass market adoption). It's true that Facebook and others have emphasized privacy, but they have not compromised the user experience. Projects like this are challenging because you're forcing some behavioral changes for additional security.
