<p>Neuro Health Collective | Washington DC Metro or REMOTE (US) | FOUNDING Employee, EQUITY-HEAVY
We're a Public Benefit Corporation building the open infrastructure for neurological data. Our compression technology is in production at leading research and clinical neurology institutions today. We're hiring a founding Cloud/AI Chief Architect, the person who designs the cloud, security, and AI workload layer that comes next.
What you'd own: cloud architecture, security model, AI workload design, and the first engineering hires when funding lands. The architecture decisions made now will shape how AI shows up in neurology for the next decade.
Looking for: hands-on within the last two years (you can show what you've built in the last six months). Shipped HIPAA-compliant architecture at scale, or equivalent depth in financial services, defense, or government. You think in threat models, design for crypto-agile architecture and post-quantum migration, and have an opinion on AI-era attack surfaces.
Comp: equity-heavy founding role with cash that scales as funding comes in. We're optimizing for upside, ownership, and mission.
