Funny how justice works. When teacher rapes her student, system tries everything to cover it up. Police refuses to take report, media calls it "relationship", victim is bullied to silence etc...
Next time we will advice victims to write private snapchat message!

It is great time to start business as downsized paralegal. While ago there was an app that objected parking ticket fines in NYC. Anyone can find similar niche to specialise in, and just produce boring repetitive law work using LLM templates and mostly automated work.

> Since LLMs lack an active mental model of a specific human reader... They cannot empathize with the human reader, as they don't have the human lived experience. And they have zero skin in the game.
LLM is perfectly capable of empathy, it just never told to do so.
Most writers today lack empathy and have no lived experience. Young californian uni graduates have strong opinions on everything, but produce repetitive boring preachy cringe stuff.
I will take well prompted LLM generated writing anytime over thst!

Than you are perhaps under engineering. Buy generic button that integrates into smart home, and trigger sounds on your home theater.
Or buy 5, and decide which tone you like most.

> Final boss: Microsoft Azure
> But Microsoft always finds a way to complicate things.
Quite oposite! Microsof is the only cloud provider that publicly releases their cloud binaries. You can run cloud version of MSSQL on your local workstation, without any emulation.

> You would be surprised that 99% of the solutions out there are complete over engineered stacks that depend on wifi devices, Internet access, connecting to various cloud services...
Interesting context you live in. Here in east europe, 90% of devices you find on eshops are cheap chinese buttons with AAA batteries, that emit signal and another reciever device that plays sound. The sound is not customizable, but it is super cheap stuff.
I would have to go out of my way, to find cloud connected doorbell.
