Thanks for the correction, I believe the correct one is "germane" though,no?
> Writing a prompt hardly counts as "creative".
clicking a camera shutter is not creative either. Choosing the subject and which picture is worth preserving is.

I wonder why across different cultures there seems to be a monster with a bag.
Is there one proto-story being evolving through cultures or do people find it too gruesome to say that children are eaten so they create independently.

If I see a photo online, I don't need to pay a license to see it, for my brain to process it.
If after I produce the same image, then yes you could argue I'm an infringing but only when I do actually produce it.
This push for licensing works for the purposes of tranining is not german to the purposes that copyright sets to achieve. It slows down progress, makes it extremely more expensive for small players to partcipate. AI tools enable way more creative expression, than the rent seeking done by descendants of authros dead for over 50 years.

- Would only work if the government, does not have access to the reverse mapping. (otherwise law enforcement will eventually expand to get its hands on it)
- It will likely be phished very quickly (and you'd have no way of knowing since no one is storing it). (making it short lived, means u'd have to announce tot he goverment eveytime u want to watch porn)
- Eventually there will be dumps of ids, like there are dumps of premium porn accounts now
Still doesn't do anything about foreign websites.

Since the comment that I replied to was flagged, I'm posting this here because it is simply a statement of facts.
- Judge Barak's numbers on civilian deaths on 7th october are simply wrong and could've been easily checked. 766 civilians were killed, 1200 was the total number of deaths (including armed forces).
- Israel's own numbers say "2 civilians killed for every one militant"[1], that's 66% in the Gaza offensive.
- 766 / 1200 = 63.8%
- 63.8% and 66% are indeed close numbers, don't see why would it be flagged.
Of course, the numbers claimed by other NGOs / UN make it worse. But Israel's numbers are sufficient to make that claim.
[1] - https://edition.cnn.com/2023/12/05/middleeast/israel-hamas-m...

I held a high opinion of Aljazeera after they published "the lobby" (UK) version.
It was an insanely level of investigate journalism.
But I was severely disappointed when the U.S version was prevented from screening due to lobbying of the Qatari government.
They are able to deliver very high quality work but they are not free to do so.

But you were given "information about categories", Anything under 3 should be an auto-reject because it does not meet the standard.
"standard" usually implies that it's an outside rule from a regulatory body/certification agency that you need to conform to.
It's such a weird question to ask in the first place.
