<p>But that transferred very sensitive data to a third party without anonymising the amount.<p>Just by replacing the email with a random anonymizedAccountId the impact would have been reduced from disaster to who cares. <p>Without post WW2 taxes.<p>Part of the problem is that a lot of the extra wealth ends invested in the house market. This increases the cost of terrains for both old and new homes. It is also not very productive just to buy one thing to extract rents from it. ( There is value in handling the rent, building or reforming and old house).<p>The urban land is limited and requires government infrastructure to connect it.<p>Another big cost is the university.</p>

<p>Not only the drug has to be approved but the production process and laboratory.<p>There is a lot of bureaucracy and audits. It is but as if a European laboratory is allowed to sell a generic drug without at huge costs for certifications ( and viceversa)<p>I am not saying that buying your medicines to questionable online web is a good idea. Just that other countries have their own controls depending on their policies</p>

<p>Electricity prices go up? Are you blaming the windmills? It should you blame the new AI data centers<p>And windmills are profitable by themselves. And reduces foreign imports with increasing taxes on this goods. If we removed all subsidies coal would be the real affected.<p>I am not sure about property value but burning gas next to homes creating health problems to power Elon musk data centers surely doesn't help. The dark fumes from coal, gas or oil are going to affect it.</p>
