Nothing comes close to Microsoft Excel. It's bizarre to be honest how bad the competition is in core business applications.

You don't need a new ticket if you miss you transfer. You only have t be on time for the first train, which is probably waking distance in most cases.

The point this it out because it is true of flying. It isn't true of trains.

Most trains you can board up to the departure time. There no need to be there more than 5 minutes before. The also take you to the city centre, which is probably both where you are coming from and where you are going to.

The main issue with china is a reliance on exports and a declining population...

These are true, but it's not the reason it's so successful.

It's the original agile, functional programming environment. Code iteration and basic testing is done in microseconds.

I remember laughing very hard when someone excitedly told me about REPL in python, like it was a new idea.

The distinction is about pedestrians being forced to use crossings. In the UK you can use them, but you can cross where you like if you want to.

EVs are still on the early adopter phase. Things will get better, but I won't be buying one for the foreseeable.
