Yes, if you sideload Cydia alone, it’ll still be sandboxed and you won’t be able to install the majority of tweaks

You should give a look at Mullvad Browser, it has been developed in collaboration with the tor project and you have no latency issues

I’d suggest first having an English version of the site and maybe paying for a domain (looks more professional and trustworthy) and you could post it in Product Hunt to have more people discovering it.
