<p>Pretty sure that this would just encourage privacy minded folks to find a loophole.<p>Or if you get fed up enough you just start blasting FM transmissions without a license..... Keep the burst short enough while your mobile and don't make the transmitter obvious and you could probably get away with it for short SMS comms.<p>Or just use something like lora or meshtastic/meshcore</p>

<p>I'd argue its not the technology, but how big corporations like Flock use this tech.<p>I also think its an affordability problem, its radicalising to see people unable to afford storage and memory while the consumer market shrinks all while the big tech and military see the benefits.</p>

<p>Can confirm....I wanted to convert a long post and its comments into latex....that way I could export it as an image or share it easier and I am yet to find a workaround as every source gets blocked or does not work for the LLM.<p>So now I get to spend hours converting it all by hand.</p>

<p>I think cheating is a more prevailant issue thanks to LLM's but from personal experience I can say they have really helped me better grasp concepts that a professor might in a classroom.<p>That translates to better comprehension of exam problems and being able to tackle to problem in new ways thanks to better understanding the actual issue.</p>
