I reckon that the best way to stop spam calls (and messages) is to start charging for them again. No more flat rates. The scheme that I have in mind is to charge a small amount to the caller and give it to the recipient. I reckon that the balance between groups of friends or family would be zero. Companies surely could pay this money but spammers won't be able to explore a whole list of numbers to try to fish a victim.

And even before that, during Roman times, it was called Mauritania Hispania and it was considered part of Hispania. We are talking about millennia of history here backing up that Ceuta is part of Spain.

It is not. It's an integral part of Spain, and their citizens have exactly the same rights than the rest of us. They also have representation at the parliament. Ceuta has been part of Spain before Morocco existed, there's no claim they can make. It even went back to Roman times, when the territory was called Mauritania Hispania. That included the Riff, so if anybody needs to return any territory that would be Morocco.

Again, assuming separation of powers: In a democracy, ministries are part of the executive branch. Their role is to follow and implement the law, not to judge violations.

If a law is violated, then a judge, and not a ministry, should be the one to enforce it.

When an administrative body blocks access to a service without prior judicial oversight, it blurs the line between the executive and the judiciary. And since separation of powers is a key component of any democracy, this raises legitimate concerns about the quality of democratic checks and balances.

Just to be clear: I’m not arguing that unlicensed online gambling sites should remain accessible. The issue is how the restriction is carried out, and whether it respects democratic principles and institutional roles.

Why a ministry has the authority to do so? What I don't like about my country, and the whole UE, is the lack of democracy. And this is a good example.

A democracy needs to have real separations of powers. The legislative body creates a law, and the judiciary, based on that law, will decide on banning or not the online gambling site.

A ministry belongs to the executive branch of the Estate. It is not up to them to decide whether something is illegal or not.

What I didn't get from the video is that there's a differential, but it is not connected to the wheels. Is there a second differential that connects MG1 to the wheels?

"Alzheimer’s disease is a condition of the elderly, and they’re on their way out anyway." That's a such a protestant way of thinking. It contrasts very much with the catholic culture of southern Europe. I am not saying that is better or worse, but I think it is a very clear example of how different the culture is across the UE. One key aspect is how to look after your elders.
