So you spend hours of your own time on a "challenge" to solve work problems, "4. Help solve Unsloth issues!", for their company, to potentially get a job offer?

And they get your work for free? What a scam.

This is worse than an unpaid internship, because at least you can put that on your resume.

I dont do any of the self marketing things you ask for and yet I'm able to find jobs.

Op, its possible you need to have someone look over your resume to make it more appealing. Alternatively, it could be the job positions you are applying for.

I saw the post in question. The person claimed that the mountain view office was a hotbed of infection and multiple people had already been infected from having to go to work.
