No, Workers free tier is 100,000 requests/day. Considering the error is on the main page, each visit is probably taking a minimum of 10+ requests, so it can easily be overwhelmed.

I think it's amazing to have a massive commercially successful game such as Minecraft give the fans the ability to be very liberal with what they can do with it. Now we have open-source re-implementaions that are pretty close to vanilla!

Aegisub is still actively developed (forked), and imo, both software can't really be compared to one another. They can complement each other, but SE is much better for actual transcription. Aegisub still does the heavy lifting for typesetting and the like.
