Part of this outage involves outlook hanging and then blaming random addins. Pretty terrible practice by Microsoft to blame random vendors for their own outage.

The experiment design sounds pretty cool. I hope they see some cool results. It would be very cool if humans could talk to another intelligent creature here on earth. This is certainly a step on the way there.

Not enough. Boeing getting off easy once again, not enough sting to produce a change in behavior. Why executives are not held accountable is confusing to me.

Hopefully all this moon activity stays peaceful. What a complete failure combat on the moon would represent. Very interested in the Chinese mission to the South Pole of the Moon. Hopefully they find usable water.

They picked boring things to look at unfortunately. Not a lot going on in Moka pot that you can't grok just by looking at and taking it apart. Throwing a whole all-in-one countertop machine might be cooler.

Why are the people operating the trucks not getting ticketed for all this then? These various programs should be accruing points on their license just like a real driver. Cruise would probably be off the road if they did this though.

Right now YouTube is pushing Shorts pretty heavily. Everything I have heard from creators is that Shorts can drive a ton of subscriptions into your channel. How many of those viewers watch the long form stuff is a bit more a mystery though.

This is more common than people know I think. Issuing chargeback is a great way to get dropped as a customer.

Then they should guard you while you get dressed. The risk of getting shot is rather low for most cases and people deserve dignity. They are only accused of a crime not guilty.

Very happy to have not had to deal with a floppy that was done being able to be read in a very long time. I used to work at a campus computer lab and we would experience failures commonly while imaging machines. I do miss floppys but I am happy to see the extent that they are no longer critical.

Personally only saw intermittent failures through out. Rather minor production as far as AWS outages go.
