not all datacenters are created equal. Remember the consequences of the AWS outage caused by problems in just a single region

> There is no reorganisation of the model durring inference.

one could argue that model can reorganize / interact with prior knowledge captured in text form (edit files) hence there can be reorganisation

HIV did not exist in human population before XX centiry. Crossings from SIV are extremely rare - vaccinations is about HIV, not SIV

So what prevents enemy from creating 20knparticipants constantly sending fake data?

I wonder how this system can be protected from spam - if anyone can send data there, enemy can, too

“We just launch it and we know everything will be dead – everything that will be found there in this particular area will be dead,” says Kokhanovskyy.

Everything! Everything! Like all the deer, all the rabbits, all the decoys! Obviously we trust Kokhanovskyy

Come on, Russian "страна наиболее вероятного противника" (the country of the most likely enemy) was always the military name of the US since the Cold War. Now used in military texts and also as a sarcastic cliché

If the survelliance tech is so great, why post amber alert messages with the license plate numbers all over all highways to help find the car?

What is expensive in nuclear energy? Reason there is not more of nuclear reactors is not the cost, it is regulation. Regulation can be changed (it also seem to already have, recently, IIRC - starting 2024 NRC law changes by Biden admin and later by Trump admin)

Vegas: ordering a tax "to a hotel" - hotels have different entrances, pickup / dropoff there during crazy times is hard. Uber UI for Vegas is unique / some features are designed to make it easier for driver and passanger to find each other

Airports: different regulations, different rules for pickup/dropoff. Also scammers who pretend to be in a car, walk with their phones around pick-up ares in airport and do bait-and-switch (saw that in Istanbul SAW and in Dubai Al Maktoum)

Second this

Have the same pattern, issue is cortisol/stress, not sounds / etc that happen precisely at night

Built simular things tonwhat Op did (thoug using Oura for sleep tracking, not Garmin)

Result: no statistically significant variations in sounds, CO2 normal etc. Cortisol is what doctors/AI told me first
