Math isn't context free. Neither are most/all human languages. Yet we communicate succesfeully (within some margin of error).

Caveat: undergrad in math, working on a part time coursework masters (I'm hoping to talk someone into being my advisor for a part time thesis)

No more so than any other academic subject.

If anything, I've found math more friendly to my ADHD than philosophy, literature, etc.

This is more or less why I fell into mathematics.

I eventually learned I have ADHD, which definitely explained why I couldn't keep up with the reading and writing workload in the philosophy and literature courses.
