There is one way, you can modify the app or the OS to change which certificate is pinned, ignore all certificate failures, lie about the certificate in use, log encryption keys, or not even ask the app whether it likes the certificate.

Not on iOS, of course.

A link-local address necessarily needs a way to specify a link, and the link is local to the sending host and not something the receiving host knows. I suppose they could have used the upper address bits, but the sending host would need to know to convert them to 0 when sending the packet out on the wire, and with the interface ID when receiving.

One address per host is more common in serious networks that don't have endless IP addresses (10/8 block) allocated to them.

It would be great if there was a compiler that would check your SQL queries against the schema, and you could even refactor a column name to update both the schema and the queries.

There's probably a way to make an xz file that decompresses to g-code for itself. But plain g-code is not powerful enough because it's just a list of movements due the tool head to perform - no computation.

One idea is to not block them, but return a plausible looking page that's not the normal page, then it won't be detected as a block.
