<p>This seems lite on facts. Even if I wanted to arrest a sitting judge, it would have to be an act of gross malfeasance to motivate me to even consider arrest. The only thing I can think of… Is, if the judge swore under oath, affidavit, or something like that, that she did not do something when in fact that she did. But even then…<p>If Patel does not come back with some thing on that level or better, then this was a horrible farce.</p>

<p>I think corporate responses to most things like this is to deny and avoid until forced to get involved. It should not take WaPo getting involved but it seems to be the norm for big tech companies.</p>

<p>I have always adored Aptera, but BYD and Tesla will always eat their lunch. I've been out to the factory in San Diego and driven Luna. It was awesome, but sadly I just don't think it will get funding. The government REALLY screwed them over, not once, but twice with the vehicle loan program. Really wonderful people and an amazing car.</p>

<p>Well, Bill Bryson wrote about it in his book down under. Also, when I was in Sydney last September, I asked the tour guide about it, and she confirmed that it was true. He never got to see his creation because he was turned away at the border.</p>
