Ask HN: Where do you host managed HA PostgreSQL clusters in the EU?

Due to a recent screw-up by the IT operations department at my organization, we are looking to external hosting providers to take over.

I want to avoid the big three due to geopolitical risks and I want a competent PostgreSQL DBA that doesn't take weeks to load backups and I sure as heck don't want to roll my own.

How do you choose your database providers? Are there established names in Europe? So far OVH seems like a good option, any things to watch out for?

Specifics: We and our services are based in Austria. 3 Nodes HA Capacity starting at 1TB with options to upgrade to 6 TB Resources at about 8vCPU 32-64GB RAM per node

This one was always kind of buggy, it was hard to maintain my custom config and figure out which plugins actually worked. Stopped using DeaDBeeF after my similarly whimsical Linux ricing phase. Can't recommend :/

The NULLs in unique constraints quirk actually works differently in ORACLE databases, which is infuriating to say the least. Apparently this comes from some ambiguity in some sql standard, anyone know more about this?
