I think this really works. While at Datadog, at one point I would write deep dives on monitoring applications like HAProxy, OpenStack and others. I would start with what to look for, how to monitor those things with off-the-shelf tooling, and finally how to do it with Datadog. The response from the community was overall very positive, regardless of whether or not they ended up converting to users (though many did).

This is great. I once worked at a company called Paribus that would argue with customer service to get a refund on your behalf for retailers and credit cards with price drop protection. Wouldn't be surprised to see in the future a more maliciously-tuned bot for things like fraudulently claiming non-delivery of goods.

There are a number of tools including AA Mirror that cast the phone screen to the center console (via connected USB cable).

We definitely used datadog to monitor internal systems while I was there many years ago. Dogfooding was a celebrated practice and I'd be surprised to learn that it's changed.

That's popsci for you. There is a worthwhile section on slime molds beyond that image but all in all the article was pretty light on details (though links to additional sources are present and appreciated).

The common theme seems to be a tight feedback loop between developers and customers. Stakeholders acting autonomously is a big flag they called out, too. I would be interested in reading an updated version of this draft if anyone knows of one.
