a common complaint about instagram is that you can no longer see your friends, just creators. i assume creators don't have this problem though, since they're having fun seeing all their creator friends

my understand is that apple intelligence aims to be a tiny model that runs locally, and when it identifies that a request is complex it sends it off to chatgpt

though it looks like this is just the first of many 'extensions' that can be added to apple intelligence

ChatGPT integration in iOS without an account. 3 integrations:

1. siri can hand off when it decides via 'extension'

2. writing tools

3. camera control / visual intelligence

pretty cool at the end they demo'd using Preview, asking a question of the PDF via Siri/ChatGPT

i lifted weights to attempt to fix postural issues that i noticed in my 20s. it made things worse

the issue was that i lifted weights to make big number go up, instead of using weights as a support tool to explore muscles in the body
