Create the infrastructure manually and then use Cloudformer tool to generate the template based on the already created infrastructure. You can then edit the generated template to make it more maintainable and you have a nice reusable template.

I can't say how this turns out, but it makes me happy to see the debate this is generating. A lot of people who have never heard of net neutrality are now hearing and thinking about it. That's a definite positive for India and and open internet.

This is deception. Pure and simple. There are many different and ethical ways of providing connectivity to the poor but not at the cost of losing net neutrality.

Absolutely not. This adversely affects the budding start up industry in India. If Zuckerberg really wants to help poor Indians, then provide access to the entire internet and let them figure out which service helps them out best.
As a compromise, free access to only non-commercial non-profit entities/websites that offer beneficial information is acceptable although not ideal.

This is very nice. More engrossing than most games I play. Instead of starting over every time I lose, I would prefer if I was penalized and allowed to continue playing. For instance, if I lose round 5, then I will also lose all the points from round 4 and continue playing from round 4 instead. It's just something that I thought would make it more interesting and playable for me.

I believe both sides have valid arguments depending on who you think the threat is. If you expect complete control over your data then you would want the system to be open source and transparent. To protect an average smartphone user from malicious apps, a closed and curated system like Apple's appstore makes sense.

I am working on the assumption that the first few chars could be a randomly generated salt and the rest is equal sized blocks of encrypted content. The random salt results in a different encoding each time.
This is what I have so far and it seems to fit the original encoded message too.
The salt is the first 29 chars.
Each encrypted block is 59 chars.
So for the QBFs : 29 + 6x59
For the original message : 29 + 5x59
