Hello HN.
So, i found a little repetitive problems on small startups and micro businesses.
Everytime they start something new, they spend time on tiny setup tasks: generate logos, format and invoicing, building a simple resume, tweaking templates etc.
None of these are complex, but slowing down founders on their operational birocrachy.
So i built a little simple app to help founders make things simpler. A collection of simple tools to handle these small tasks quikly.
Would love your thoughts, all are free to use, you don't have to sign up etc.
quikspace.io

So, this idea maybe looks like DesignJoy.
I was freelancing on some platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to help my clients with their web design and UI/UX design needs.
What i noticed was interesting:
Some clients having lot of issues with their design needs, not about the quality of the design. But they feels like they need a quick deliverables designs.
The real issues was continuity.
They struggled to find new freelancers who had the same mindset, communication style, understanding of their product. As their products grew, they need more designs needs, especially brand design, blog thumbnail design, OG Images, etc.
Brand works usually meant higher costs,
If they switched on who specialized in branding, it would be more expensive and re-adapt with the freelancer. And if they stayed with me, they insist to have the predictable costs.
I tried to do add-on services instead of charging per project. This maybe has lower profit for me as a designer, but i'm happier since i can help my clients with their works.
After few months, i found out DesignJoy. The model make sense, so i build my own called Designgud, i tried to improve things out a bit more the pricing etc. And optimized it based on what my existing clients actually needed.
After launched few weeks, i got a few clients that still contribute with me until now. Interestingly, few clients came from Fiverr and Upwork. I don't understand how they can get my contacts, i think they found me on my X.

Hello HN, I'm Vinz.
Based on my experience running a small design agency based on recurring monthly, i found a little issues with invoicing and subscription tracking for my clients, i was counting and create booklog manually on my notes and started to get a little headache with those repetitive works.
So i made Sundaysub, a little platform for me to create my invoice and save it easily. I don't have to create the product or write what product to deliver for several times, i can save it there. Also, i tried to improve the UI inn a POS-style format. On the left you can get lists of your products services, and you can record it in the order summary and complete the transactions.
I thought this is a helpful app that i've used personally for my agency, now i tried to open this app for free on public. Hope this would be helpful.
