That simply transfers the power to the one doing the breakup, which in most cases, are the Governments, which are notoriously known to invade user's privacy under the guise of protection of children or whatever.

The linked article seems purposely vague so much so that I'm wondering if you're a scam. It just has some privacy keywords like "zero knowledge proofs", but it doesn't really explain what's going on. Diving deep into your privacy policy, to know how it works - shows you use third party for the initial verification?

Problem with matrix is ip address. Even with VPN, fingerprinting your messages is a issue. You can't delete your messages, whose copies maybe stored in multiple servers.

The block if any should be at the user level per user and not at the admin level. No matter what gab user's beliefs are, it's wrong to dehumanize them. If anything, you're doing the same thing you're accusing them of doing: Dehumanizing humans with different (race)beliefs to commit (genocide) segregation.

Design choice should be "no need to trust". If not, nefarious motivations should be assumed, unless proven otherwise.

Sure, if Amazon decide to open source their app. But we all know that won't happen. Whatever tracking they do will be entirely lost. The data is worth more than the revenue itself.

I'm familiar with DNS and read the FAQ. But, "Practically", it's used for external services(ssh, http) to get to your device. Right? Are there practical use differences?

I really think the design should be mobile first.

For other mobile users, you can use Firefox+ublock to zap the overlay(Addon>ublock>element zapper> need to zap the entire screen a few times(not just the dialog) until icons are individually zap-able >swipe right twice to exit zap mode). It is designed for desktop and there is some overlap in charts, but looks usable, on first look nonetheless.

Current scientific models lack a robust cause of origin of life. We don't know the beginning. If we do know the origin, how likely would it change our estimations of age of things? You have to realize that these numbers are linear extrapolations(educated guesses) and more importantly, they are not tested like vaccines or medicines(neither can be tested).

Not really. Because it wasn't a hard limit. Even after the Bible records that God said this, it records people living to 450, 175, 120 years and so on. After God said, the span gradually reduced to well below 120. So, a case could be made that it wasn't a hard limit.

There are different modes to boot up the device using power+volume up/down combinations.

Once in fastboot mode, you can connect to pc or another android device to boot to recovery and factory reset/wipe data. It won't be any three letter agency safe, but most data should be lost for any common tech person.
