Desicions are not made by government employees, they simply obey and execute, not without personal gains, of course.

You want to monitor and log someone else. Start with top oligarchs, IMF, World Bank, WEF, Blackrock, Vanguard and so on, then track further behind the curtains.

It would be also nice to depict the attempts of the ruling class to present machines as sentient and self-conscious to write all their liability off and use as a cover for their atrocities. I hope there will be movies like this in the future, and that they'll be documentary.

On the other hand, there are examples of very flimsy and unreliable reinforced concrete / steel column 1776' tall structures completed in 1973 that failed to stand for more than 30 years. Baffling indeed, one might suppose they ought to be more advanced than the church in question.
