Can this also be done for HIPAA and FERPA, or for those compliance requirements is the process the way to go and just filling out the questionnaire would not be sufficient?

I agree to this though it also depends on the nature of project.
Had a project idea which I coded with the help of AI and it became quite large to a point I was starting to have uncharted areas in the code. Mostly because I reviewed it too shallow or moved fast.
It was a good thing as that project never floated but if I were to do such a thing on my breadwinning project I would lose the joy.

I started building something like this for myself and though it would be useful. I have a decent mac only working working but what you have built is great.
This one is completely open source and local, no api calls required at all. Quality can better with newer models which has to be worked on.
https://github.com/acorn-globus/waveflow

At Formester were facing a problem. Our 50% plus time was going into customer support.
And the question were mostly about how to do something in the app. Which we have already documented well through videos, blogs and documentation.
I created Chakam for this purpose. We are starting to use it internally and also looking for other medium to large organization would could benefit from it.
Key features:
- Run on your own/dedicated infrastructure
- Use popular LLM or self hosted LLM
- Integrates with popular chat application in case you want to use directly in intercom etc
- Gives you a report every month on the gaps in your knowledge base
I'm looking to show you what I've built and understand if it can benefit your business.

Yes we have thought about that and we have multiple solutions to that.
- webbhook triggered - when a document is updated some CMS/tool provide webhooks triggering capability, which you can use to reindex that page
- time based triggers - you can set a time like a cron and the document will be scanned in that time and checked if something has changed it will be reindexed
Happy to answer more questions.

I'm building an AI for Customer Support.
Here's the summary:
- read all your sources
- public websites, docs, video
- answer questions with confidence score and no hallucinations with citations
- cut support time and even integrates directly into your customer facing chatbots like Intercom.
Still deliberating on the business model. If anyone would be interested in taking a look, I would love to show you.

I have some techniques that I use for coping. I also have ADHD so there are other overlapping challenges too.
Though I was not sure about sharing them and more importantly I still have to clearly identify them and list them out to be able to share.
It would be a good exercise and I will try to do that. Thanks for the idea.

Yes it indeed was the question asked by the Therapist and that made me realize I've not been asking that often to myself. The question made me think and made me feel uncomfortable.
So now whenever I am in a tricky situtation, I ask myself that question. It gives me more understanding of my feeling.
And once I've more grasp on it, I can tackle it better.
