You need a established relationship to access one click refill and telehealth, they will tell you to come in after a time.

In Europe you can just buy those sort of things outright in many cases. Things like inhalers can just be had without getting a doctor on board.

I believe it's a uniquely US thing where the doctor needs to collect a well visit fee on you treating yourself for a common or chronic illness.

"You still have asthma? OK, here is permission from my caste to breathe, pay the fee on your way out." Is bonkers when you think about it.

He was already on house arrest and was going to be free of that by 2026.

I think the best interview question, and really the only one you need to determine technical ability is ask someone to describe a http request in as much detail as possible.

To write code (even with the benefit of AI) effectively you need a mental model of the systems you work with, reading the chatGPT response doesn't prove you have that.

The Chinese can impose their own consequences, I'm not opposed to it.

However, this is serious stuff, if accountability must be off the table we aren't ready as a civilization to mess with it. NIH did this under a "enhanced oversight" regime, the overseers need to be removed to start.

Joe Biden put a 100% tarrif on electric vehicles from China already so even removing the new tarrifs would have little effect without also rolling back that one as well.
