I'm not American. But anyway. I moved to another town 100 km away from the one I grew up in.

I had no friends there and was bored so I started dating* and doing sports. I was lonely and miserable for a while until I met my wife. From this time my life started making more sense.

The change of scenery helped. Had I stayed I would probably still be single and complaining about not meeting anyone interesting.

* The dating itself was a miserable failure, but I met a woman offline by chance who didn't do online dating.

Sure. I have stopped drinking coffee because it increases stress and anxiety for me. This is the opposite of what the scientists have found according to the article.

I have a feeling that everything about food and how people digest it are dependent on the person and any generalized articles like this are completely useless.

Soft surfaces is probably better on your body (knees, back) so the shoes don't matter so much as when running on hard surfaces (asphalt).

Clothes and shoes are far more important to me than any gear. I don't take my phone with me. Also no smart watch.

I like to run during evening and night where there is little traffic.

You seem to be missing the point that countries have laws that prohibit companies like Uber as they won't pay workers a proper wage comparable with other industries.

Taxis are not a scam. They are expensive because they have to pay people to drive for a living.

You should ask to drive a specific route and know the area. This is the same in all countries.

Uber is a failure here in this part of Scandinavia. They were made redundant by our lowmakers and try to run some kind of cab business in accordance with our laws.
