A typical phone operator records the data your phone sends to them on their servers. They're just lucky enough to have the absolutely unique ID of your phone number. Don't confuse this with something else. Microsoft and Google don't have the authority to create an ID for your computer unless they allow me to use that ID to make calls to your computer.

A better AI model could achieve the same result in a few days.

Perhaps you should look at how similar projects do it. Platforms like Hupu and Coolapk have public rating features, and users find them easier to understand and use, rather than staring at the current UI unsure how to rate.

You're right. Many countries use the protection of minors as an excuse, but in reality, they just want to strengthen the regulation of speech.
