But he's not blaming his poverty on "whitey on the moon" but the lack of healthcare. There is an opportunity cost to war, Moon/Mars missions etc.

Not sure what their intention is of course, but nowadays there is A LOT of Cortexes in various sound gear. Plenty in things like Eurorack but also outboard equipment like the Eventide H9000 etc.

Learning a bit of ableton is the least hard part of making compelling electronic music. Bitwig is fine as well. There is such a deluge of people eager to teach you via youtube or udemy etc.
