Hi, I recently signed up tp Apple developer account, and when notarizing my app for distribution, received a very well known, and persistent, and still unfixed bug: "Team isn't configured for notarization".
This is almost an year old bug on Apple's backend that Apple still hasn't resolved. Many developers are getting stuck on this (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/118465).
I have been personally following up on their developer support email, and it's been 3 months now and more than 15 mail exchanges since then. Neither do they fix the bug, nor do they give any timelines for the fix (not even tentative timeline), nor do they refund the developer fees.
My app is sitting ducks for months now.
My question:
Can anyone help me here in anyway? I do not want my app to be released in a way that causes gatekeeper to throw "invalid/broken app" error when starting because it is not notarized.
Thanks..

Why aren't more people talking about cody from sourcegraph? For just 10$/month it offers unlimited completions using top models like sonnet 3.5 and gpt4o. Not to mention, the plugins for vscode and intellij products work perfectly well.

I have myself been using chatgpt/sonnet-3.5 to clean data, extract data, heck, even generate sample sql insert statements for a given table schema... small things, but, when done repeatedly, saves soooo damn amount of time and frustrations. I have been using these tools to generate sooo many small scripts to automate or do things that otherwise I either wouldn't have done it, or, it would have taken significant amount of time. These tools are tooo good now to not use them.
Also, as someone else have already pointed out, these things work correctly 99.99% of the time. But that remaining 0.01%... that's what becomes major issue since it is so small of an error, that, unless you verify, you'll end up missing.
When using LLM's..."Trust, but verify".

Instead of trying to show them in negative light by calling them as "doomsayers" , let's call them one of the following instead, which is much better:
"Realistic", "Proactive", "Forward-thinking", "Prepared", "Cautious", "Thoughtful", "Analytical", "Mindful", "Insightful", "Security-conscious".

Absolutely correct. And frankly I don't understand the hate people have against Java. Especially the new generation developers. Maybe the language part only. But have seen much hate towards JVM too.
With projects like loom, valhalla, graalVM, JVM/Java is everything a modern language/runtime needs, plus a lot lot more.
I frankly believe the only other commercially viable language that has similar philosophy to JVM development, is Rust.
Opinions?

Hey.... even if people are attacking V-lang, don't worry. Any good thing that disrupts existing "kings" gets thrashed initially. That's human behavior. Ignore it.
But, if lead dev replies in ways that seems offensive, or attacking, that is something that actually creates permanent dent in the adoption. Even if you are right in saying what you are saying, it still matters, a lot, to be polite.
I'm someone who really really wants V to succeed. I love what rust is able to achieve, but not the complexity it brings. V-lang gives me what I want from a language.
Language is beautiful, now it's your turn to be the same. Ignore the trolls. Many of them are paid.
And best wishes.... keep the good work. It never goes in-vain.

Does this mean that state transition depends on output of previous state ONLY, and that output is produced only once (unicast, rather than broadcast)?
Thus, when you measure previous state, you effectively deprive the "next state computation" on those inputs, and hence, block state transition?
